I've had my Safari couiple days now. Seems to be working properly, have a good handle on the menus.

Main reason I bought this unit was because of this thread,

One would think a brand new would have the latest software, but from reading prior posts I'm unsure.

My base map is totally inadequate, doesn't show any side streets. Makes me think I have outdated software.

How do I find my current software version on my unit?

I haven't bought a micro SD card yet. 32gig cards are expensive. Any suggestions on the minimum size required to do updates would be helpful.
