Magellan Explorist GC glitch

My Magellan Explorist GC GPS is stuck on the welcome screen with just the Magellan logo. I've tried changing the batteries and reseting it, but it just turns off and back on to the welcome screen. It doesn't load. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You have to call support and get your unit replaced. This has happened to me 3 times with the explorist GC. There is a secret boot option if you connect it to your computer with the usb cord and hold like up and power at the same time it will go to a secret menu and show up as a disk drive. You can clear it manually this way. Do a search for explorist gc rest or manual reset and you will get some hits on google. You can call support too they are pretty quick answering the phone.
