Lowrance Topos

I am thinking about purchasing a topo map for my Lowrance Out and Back, Advanced Outdoor Content Acuterra Mapping cards from Lowrance.

I have a few questions and I am hoping somebody here can help me.

Do these topos show forestry roads and other roads the base map doesn’t?

My base map shows rivers about a 1/8 to a 1/4 from where they really are. All roads and other items seem to be in the correct place. Do you have any idea if the Acuterra Mapping cards from Lowrance will correct this?
