I have done the add-ons, watched the videos, read the forums, the manual and I still can't get downloads to my gps. It worked last year, but we had put it away for the Winter and are ready to get out again and take our Scouts for some geocaching. Has anyone else had this problem with the Explorist GC lately or any suggestions?

"can't get downloads to my gps" is very vague. What method are using? Which step is the one that is giving you problems? Are you getting any error messages?

Other helpful information is your OS and version. The version of the firmware on the eXp GC. If you are using any software to access your GPS what is it and what is the version number?
