+TbmE
If I click on the 'edit' button right to the picture's name it results in an 404 error. This problem was already described on Jan 13 2010. The said 'edit' link has the following command: http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/image.aspx?imgid=(my picture id) cheers, TbmE Edited August 21, 2013 by TbmE Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
Thank you for reporting this. As a workaround until this is fixed, you can edit the link from "http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/image.aspx?imgid=XXXXX" to http://www.geocaching.com/seek/image.aspx?imgid=XXXXX". Quote Link to comment

+Max and 99
This issue should now be fixed. I'm glad this photo editing glitch was fixed, but now the photo/puzzle on my cache page is GONE. Stop messing with me! Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'll try to set up the page all over again. Quote Link to comment

I think the non-technical explanation is that it was a side effect of the original glitch. Quote Link to comment
+FamiljenGadd
This issue should now be fixed. Well, I beg to differ. I tried to change/edit my picture for a myst that is not yet published, and got a 404 message. By changing the URL from http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/image.aspx?imgid=XXX to http://www.geocaching.com/seek/image.aspx?imgid=XXX as mentioned above, I could get to the edit page for the image. Maybe a bug in the HTML for not published caches? Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
FamiljenGadd, I believe that you are experiencing a similar but unrelated issue linked to localization. If you set your language to English, you will not see a problem with editing. Quote Link to comment
+Persoons
Hi I get this problem 404 on all my placed geocaches, but I am from belgium. Could you change it for the other languages also. Thanx for the help. Quote Link to comment
