Keystone Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 The cache owner is NOT counted in the number of "watchers." That is automatic. "Who's watching my cache?" is a frequently asked question. It's covered in this Help Center article. You could always post a note on your page, asking the watchers to send you an email about why they are watching. Also bear in mind that many people can be "watching" your page without being on the watchlist, such as by placing your cache on a bookmark list for which notifications are enabled.
