+Commander Bob
Just got a new Palm and I am anxious to go paperless. I noticed CacheMate's descriptions are shortened to the first few lines. Just wondering if this a Demo feature, or is the registered version the same way. Or are the GPX files sent this way from GC. I also noticed the same for the longer past logs. Quote Link to comment
+Maeglin
If it's the "PLEASE REGISTER" message that you're getting at the end, then that should be some clue Once you register, you'll need to re-import the file to restore the descriptions to their proper state, and be sure to turn on long descriptions in the file converter so that some of the longer cache descriptions aren't cut short. +Maeglin
If it's the fact that you don't realize you can scroll the text field, then that's another matter... I couldn't put controls in the form to reflect that and also get them to work reliably. The hardware up/down buttons will work, though. This fact is all over the documentation and help text Quote Link to comment
+Commander Bob
If it's the fact that you don't realize you can scroll the text field, then that's another matter... AhhhHaaa! +whereRU
OOOOHHHHHH! So that's it! I will now have to give cachemate a second look now that I can read the whole description. I thank you too! Quote Link to comment
