+planetrobert
i tonight in my quest for forum domination got the following error... Flood control is enabled on this board, please wait 30 seconds before replying or posting a new topic they are limiting the number of potes we can make on this site. we must stop the tyrany. this is unjust. There are members who will agree i think... we cant be limited, what happened to moderated and censored free speach? Link to comment
+IV_Warrior
Slow down, relax. Take a break. Go get something to drink.....a 30 second wait isn't all that bad. Heck, spend the time to think out what you want to post next.... Link to comment
+Renegade Knight
I would of responded sooner but got busted by the flood control police. Flood control doesn't bother me it's the flood search control. You go to look something up minding your own business and forget to hit "older than 30 days" instead of "30 days or newer" and so have to do a search again, but NOoooOOOOooooOO you get search flood control trying to fix a simple mistake. +Team GPSaxophone
The Smurfs might run wild and would post a thousand times in one day! Seriously, if we didn't have flood-control, some jerk like Subigo would spam 100 messages a minute in here and make the moderators work a lot harder. 30 seconds between posts can be a pain, but it's much better than the alternative. +planetrobert
I THOUGHT you guys would have backed me up but you havent... the avid posters arent bothered by flood control. Im disheartened. Link to comment

Actually, if you go to the top level of this forum, the appearance is that someone is spamming the "Geocaching.com Web Site" Forum right now. Link to comment

Elias
Flood control doesn't bother me it's the flood search control. I didn't realize search flood control was set so high. I don't want to turn it off completely, but I've reduced it to a more reasonable value. Elias Link to comment
